Hanen

Hanen programs for Autism are guided by the following three principles:  the pivotal role of parents and caregivers, the importance of starting early, and the power of the ‘everyday’ (Hanen, 2022).  Many of our Speech-Language Pathologists are trained/certified in Hanen’s More Than Words Program, which helps families to use a child’s strengths and interests to develop social communication skills within the context of everyday activities and routines.
